You can choose between hostel accommodation, single or shared rooms at the Matosinhos Surf Camp. Internet and TV access are also provided as well as bed linen, towels, and storing of valuables. Shared rooms are for 10 people max.

This surf camp has a laid-back vibe and accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets. The price of this camp includes all the equipment needed and suited for all levels of surfing.
Surf lessons
Your surf instructors or coaches are qualified surf instructors and are educated in both surf practice as well as theory. They will offer you their knowledge and help you with tips and tricks on land and in the water. Every surf camp day includes two surf lessons (one and a half hours each) and surf gear for lessons.
Surfers
Please take note all surfers from six years old to 18 years old need their parents' permission to participate in this program.
Certified surf coaches
Your surf coaches are certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation, which includes a complete theoretical and physical training towards the teaching of surf, as well as emergency medical procedures. They are surfers who have trained hard to provide you with a true exciting and safe surf experience. The instructors are in the water with you, always helping you into the best waves of your life and not simply observing from the beach.
Oporto Fish Surf Camps enforces a ratio of one instructor per eight students and employs an assistant for each instructor for extra safety.
At the surf camp you will have 2 surf classes per day (1:30 per class). Normally the surf classes are at 11 am and 3 pm.
The accommodation is 600 meters of walking to the surf school (in front of the surf spot). The meeting point is at the hours above in the surf school.
They don't provide transport because the distance is very short walking. The planet thanks you!

Joao has 25 years of surf experience. He is a Portuguese Surf Federation certified surf coach, which includes a complete theoretical and physical training towards the teaching of surf as well as emergency medical procedures. He has more than 15 years of teaching surf and body boarding.
