Embark with Goakuhn on a diving and yoga expedition to one of their favorite places! These will be days full of interesting activities, exploring the Island of Gods and its underwater wonders, plus yoga practices during the surface interval!
Goakuhn is organizing this expedition for those who, like them, love the ocean and underwater beauty. It will be a trip with diving and yoga practices in three lovely locations: Amed, Nusa Lembongan, and Gili Meno.
Manta rays and sharks? You can do your best to see them! Turtles? They can't promise, but the chances are good! Are shipwrecks your thing? Bali has them there!
All divers, as long as they are certified, will be welcome. If you will have someone with you who is not a diver, the cities have a variety of activities that can be done by everyone!
There will be 11 nights spread across the beautiful and peaceful Amed, passing through the relaxed island of Nusa Lembongan, and ending in the paradisiacal Gili Meno. Goakuhn will organize diving in these three locations, as well as yoga practices.
Yoga offers multiple benefits to divers, both physically and mentally. It increases flexibility and strength, which aids in better movement and control in the water. Pranayama techniques improve lung capacity, helping you control your breathing and reduce air consumption.
Yoga also helps manage stress, anxiety, and the pressure of deep diving, keeping you calm and focused. It aids muscle recovery, relieves tension, and stimulates circulation, ensuring a more comfortable diving experience. By incorporating yoga, divers can build endurance, increase mindfulness, and improve overall well-being in and out of the water.
Escape the routine with a unique blend of diving, yoga, and Balinese culture. Open to all levels, this retreat will be your perfect getaway - whether you’re craving adventure, mindfulness, or both. Goakuhn has crafted this retreat to blend relaxation, adventure, and cultural immersion.

I was an engineer, and I worked too much for my own health. I decided I wanted to experience the world a little more, and today I am an underwater and travel photographer who works a lot more than I used to! I love the things I see deep down so much that it has become my life's mission to bring people to learn a little about my world, whether it's working as a Diving Instructor, taking them on expeditions, or showing them my photographs.
This small village in eastern Bali has been Goakuhn's escape from the hustle and bustle of the island for a few years now. Around Amed, you can find beautiful temples, rice fields, black sand beaches, great restaurants, and of course, incredible shore diving that will give you access to super cool wrecks and healthy corals just by walking in from the beach.
All of this is guarded and blessed by the imposing Mount Agung, a beautiful Balinese volcano surrounded by rice fields and lush green vegetation. It’s a great place to explore some diving in a different way, with topographies and views that Goakuhn can guarantee you won’t find anywhere else.
Lembongan is one of those places where people go once and end up getting back on an early basis, just because it's cool to chill in a laidback cafe or explore the surroundings while practicing yoga or diving from time to time.
It offers great options to enjoy an island vibe, without being as busy as its bigger sister (Nusa Penida). But if Penida is what you want, it's just a short boat ride away.
Goakuhn can't lie to you about the reasons why this island is in the tour's route: they'll be there to see manta rays! Of course, as diving professionals, they never promise such things, but this place is great for seeing them, and they'll do their best to find the gentle giants.
Goakuhn's little paradise in Indonesia - that’s how they like to refer to Gili Meno, the smallest and (in their opinion) most charming of the famous Gili Islands. They’ve worked there for two seasons, and the laidback vibe of the island makes them feel right at home every time they return.
And do you know what else is incredibly relaxing there? The super friendly turtles! Again, Goakuhn never promises anything about diving, but there, the chances are very high that you’ll see one of these wonderful creatures passing by. Oh, and they forgot to mention, do you want turquoise water with coconut trees and white sand? Well, that’s where you go to find it in the Gilis.
