Enjoy a stylish experience at this place centrally located in the city of Naxos amidst the narrow streets of the Venetian Castle. It consists of 2 rooms. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower as well as a kitchen room, which are separated by an external shared staircase.
It also has a shared terrace overlooking the famous portrait of Naxos. It is in the most central alley of the castle of Naxos, close to many shops with all the amenities and 300 meters from the port.
Program
In a place protected by the wind, with cool music and plenty of shade and sun-beds, you can lay with the sun warming you and have a cold drink amongst friends after an exciting day on the water. It just doesn’t get any better than this! Their 2-week package includes a total of 8 out of 14 days windsurfing and 6 days off.
Beginners
If you are a beginner and you need lessons, Naxos Surf Club can exchange the 7-day rental with a package of 8 hours of lessons and 8 days of windsurfing and rental the rest of the day (in the group until 6 persons).

Daily schedule
The windsurfing days are scheduled on-spot and according to the weather conditions. Supervised rental and rental only during the same day. Each day, customers can windsurf from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you are a beginner, then there will be lessons at 10:00 am for one hour and after that, you can surf all you want till 6:00 p.m. If it is not windy, advanced surfers can use SUP instead.
There are two surf spots, one is 15 minutes and the other is 25 minutes walking distance from the accommodation. If customers require a taxi, this can be arranged at extra cost.
Beginner's lessons

Beginner's lessons are done with specialized beginner equipment. Learn the basic theory and safety issues. At the end of the course, you will be an independent rider, knowing how to tack and jibe, going upwind beach start, and returning and the same place.
Safety
Safety is one of the most outstanding features of the surf center. A powerboat that is ready and available, ensures that you can be brought back to shore quickly if problems do arise. One of the center’s employees is always present to supervise the location and to spot any trouble right away. A watchful eye ensures carefree surfing for you.
Equipment
Equipment at Naxon Surf Club can be found at JP Australia – Tabou boards and NeiPryde – Gaastra sails. Their advance and pro sail are rigged on masts of 75% and 100% carbon content. Your rig should not only look but also feel light!

Naxos is the largest and the most fertile of the Cycladic islands, lying almost at the center of the Aegean. The island is unforgettable because of its endless beaches. On the southwest side, the beaches are made up of kilometers of white sand and crystal clear waters. Naxos has the cosmopolitan atmosphere of a modern tourist resort, but at the same time has kept its traditional color and its local culture.
Naxon Surf Club
Naxon Surf Club is located at the prime spot of the 1.2-kilometer length Laguna next to Aghios Georgios main beach of Naxos island. The surf center is right at the front of the best launch site: Steady wind, easy access to the wave venue, and it works perfectly with any other wind direction apart from the prevailing north wind.
Laguna Beach park center is located at the end of Laguna’s coastline. The center is exactly at the edge of the beach at the small lagoon known as “Lagunaki”, which is famous among the freestyle windsurfers.
Laguna
The main lagoon is situated exactly in front of Naxon Surf Club. Laguna's centers offer you two spots that cover all the laguna coastline. Sailing upwind and approaching the town, you meet stronger waving of the sea, ideal for freestyle maneuvers and loops.
For the worshipers of jumping and “wave riding” getting out of the reef, you meet a big starboard tack sea wave which becomes even bigger with the help of the reef. Slalom fans will be satisfied in Laguna!
You will enjoy some of the best freestyle and slalom conditions worldwide. The flat water and the standing depth guarantee your improvement and finally cracking that carve gybe. As you move towards the reef, which separates the lagoon in two spots, you will find some small but nice waves for learning jumps or trying forwards.
Wave spot
It’s just a tack away! You cross over from the lagoon to the waves through a marked gateway at the offshore reef. There, you will find reef breakers and wind-blown waves between 1 to 2.5 meters high, which offer excellent jumping and backside riding conditions for novice and advanced wave sailors.
Wind conditions
The location is exposed to the north, the wind is onshore to cross onshore and is incredibly steady with no gusts, lulls, or abrupt changes in direction. During the summer months, the renowned “Meltemi” delivers guaranteed planning conditions almost every day.
Perfect playground
The waist-deep lagoon with its sandy seabed and onshore wind make training extremely safe, ensuring that kids and beginners will enjoy a fun introduction to windsurfing and develop skills in a secure environment.
