Today is a big welcome night for guests. You can spend the day at kite beach exhausting yourself and enjoying the shallow warm tropical waters. End the day with a big welcome dinner, drinks, snacks, and acoustic music.

Day 3

You will be served breakfast while watching the palm trees bend over next to the kite lagoon and you can start kitesurfing. There will be a beach or resort lunch followed by an afternoon activity of your choice: whether you want more kitesurfing or go on a town market tour which will be followed by sunset drinks, dinner, and generally a quiet night.

Day 4

The day will start with the breakfast followed by your choice of kite sesh or the Natural Rock Water Slide tour, then you can return for lunch and kite the afternoon away. You can grab the boat for support and kite to the outer reef. It can be followed by the activities in Tramontos bar, enjoying sunset drinks, dinner, and Kava night.

Day 5

The day will start with an early morning kite session, followed by a special assembly put on by the kids at Nselleselle Village primary school. You can join in a game of rugby, netball, or soccer. Every year “Moon Kite and Adventure Tours” donate school supplies, education materials, and arrange Meke’s (traditional dances) to raise money for the school.

Day 6

The day will be started with breakfast and your choice of flat water or wave session at Lavena, followed by the most beautiful coastal boat trip tour and walk you might ever do. This day will involve a nice drive down the coast, a boat trip, a kayak trip, and a coastal walk. You’ll see some incredible untouched coastline, waterfalls, and rain forest. Then, you will enjoy a picnic lunch.

Day 7

You will be served breakfast, then you can spend the day kiting with all the kids from the village playing in the shallows.

Day 8

The day will start with usual breakfast followed by your choice of kiting, town market, beach, snorkeling, and picnic lunch at the kite beach or Bouma waterfalls.

Day 9

If you’ve had enough kiting and need a rest or there is no wind in the morning or afternoon, Moon Tours will take you to some of the coolest places on the island. You will do a quick road trip and you can hit up the local natural rock water-slide, a waterfall with a low gradient and rocks that have been smoothed by the constant flowing water over millions of years. Here, you can use the waterfall as a natural slide covering a good 100 feet. It will be super fun!

Day 10

There will be breakfast followed by a morning session, packed beach lunch, and late arvo will start drying out your gear for those on a morning flight.

Day 11

You can go on a morning kite on the afternoon flight or relax by the pool for a couple of hours, taking in the serenity.

The surf camp will take place in Taveuni Island. Taveuni Island is a very unique spot located in Fiji’s remote far northern island chain. With its unique flora and fauna, the island is about 45 kilometers long and 15 kilometers wide with Fiji’s Des Voeux peak, the small island nations highest mountain creates steep run off, untouched rainforests, over 600 waterfalls, the international dateline, and the only world heritage national park in Fiji.

Traditional Fijian food is a wonderful combination of fresh, local ingredients found in the tropics and the traditional preparations and cooking methods passed down the generations. With a mixture of Western, Fijian, and Indian inspired meals, Maravu Plantation Resort serves up a massive variety of food with meat or vegetarian option every night. There will be pizza night at Tromotos beach bar, plus traditional lovo night in a local village.
