Susie Newson has been practicing yoga since 2002 and teaching since 2008. Her approach to yoga comes with a passionate heart and lots of enthusiasm to keep it light while developing a strong foundation and healthy alignment, which creates a sustainable practice that will support you both on the mat and in your daily life. She believes that yoga is more than just a source of physical activity. It is a life support system that enables people to find peace of mind, body, and heart. Her teaching is inspired by Jen Sole Weller, D. Pandolfi, S. Corn, E. Finn, M. Currie, Ryan Leier, and many others.

Kristine came across yoga as a young adult looking for direction in her life. The practice of yoga not only opens your body but also your mind, allowing you to step into your fullest potential. Kristine has had the opportunity to study many methods and styles of yoga with world-renowned senior teachers. She is especially inspired by the work of and her extensive studies with Nicki Doane, Eddie Modestini, Vidya Jacqueline Heisel, and Rameen and Afsheen Peyrow. These methods combined with Kristine's watchful eye, will allow you to safely open, lengthen, and strengthen your body.
