We offer 10 hours of semi-private surf lessons with expert instructors at our Bali surf camp. Together with your in water surf instructors and on beach personal surf coach watching your every move, we pay very close attention to every little detail during your surf lesson to make sure you are getting the best surf experience out of each lesson. We believe 1 coach for 2 guests allows for faster learning, maximum safety and individual spot attention in the water. We are the only women’s surf retreat that offer this student / coach ratio. We will be pairing you with a partner of a similar surfing level and tailoring the lesson to fit your personal goals to ensure you progress at your own pace safely.
You will achieve a solid, basic surfing foundation with our personalized surf lesson program. Learning proper techniques from experts together with correct safety instruction builds the essential foundation you need to give you the confidence to continue surfing on your own after you leave our bali surf camp. Each surf lesson begins with a short gathering on the beach to discuss the day’s surf condition before we head into the water. Each lesson ends with a photo analysis and feedback session to help improve your skills and get you ready for the next lesson.
Yoga and meditation is a perfect complement to your surf retreat program as it teaches you to balance, flexibility, gives you strength and brings clarity to your mind to help you focus. All of which are crucial components of surfing. Practicing yoga will restore sore and tired muscles and bring balance to your body after a day in the surf, or for our early morning classes they will prepare your body for the day’s activities. Ending each yoga session with a short meditation, your mind will be quieted, release tension, and you will find a deep state of relaxation. Your yoga and meditation classes will be held in the privacy of the retreat Villa. Our yoga and meditation classes are suitable for beginners through to advanced practitioners.

Bali offers ideal surf conditions all year round for all level of surfers. Its truly a surfers paradise. With beautiful coastlines, tropical warm waters year round and a variety of beach and reef breaks located around the island, there is always a wave to catch nearly every day.
Seminyak is the most sought after up market location on Bali, just north of Kuta Beach. Its is a much quieter place than the bustling tourist town of Kuta and offers a wide variety of world class restaurants, cafes, beach bars, boutique shops and affordable spas. The endless beaches of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak provide perfect beach breaks for learning how to surf or improving your surf skills and taking amazing beach walks to unwind. Here you can also enjoy incredible sunsets with a cold drink, listen to live music and have a great dinner in one of the trendy bar/restaurants directly on the beach.
We love our food here at Mind Body Soul – Surf Bali and prepare all our meals with great care and love, ensuring each nourishing meal is a special highlight to complement your already fabulous retreat experience. Our food philosophy is seasonal, organic, unprocessed and local.
We will provide fresh, healthy and delicious whole food, gourmet cuisine for your meals. All our fruits and vegetables are locally grown, always choosing organic produce when available. We use only the freshest local fish, seafood and free range meats. Our dishes have been carefully crafted to complement your surf and yoga program keeping energy levels up with a focus on Balinese and Indonesian cuisine. All meals are prepared in the villa by our Balinese staff and no meal is the same. Special dietary restrictions can be catered for, please inform us of your wishes upon booking.
We believe it is part of your Bali holiday experience to explore the wide variety of food in the beautifully appointed restaurants, we decided to leave most meals unstructured. Restaurants and cafes are in walking distance from the retreat villa.

Enjoy fifty minutes of massage, using blends of essential oils from Indonesian spices and flowers. The massage therapists incorporate a variety of techniques to relax every day muscular tensions, aches, and pains. End the massage with a hot shower.
Hot stone therapy is a powerful massage technique that involves heated riverbed stones. The effects of this ancient form of healing have been proven to release tension in muscles, increase blood circulation, trigger a relaxation response in the nervous system and restore fluidity to the connective tissue and joints. You will find it a wonderful alternative to your normal massage schedule.
During the aromatherapy massage, the subtle aroma from the essential oils help strengthen the body’s healing potential. Choose from a variety of high-quality oils blended to suit your personal needs (a headache & migraine, rejuvenating, cough & cold, insomnia, etc).
Warm oil is dropped continuously in the middle of the forehead and stimulates gently the point which is referred to as the third eye. This treatment is effective to remove stress and relieve mental tension.
Traditional Javanese scrub treatment, the body gets covered with a paste of turmeric, sandalwood, rice powder, etc. The paste is removed when it becomes dry, gently exfoliating the skin.
The special massage movements used during the treatment will help to cleanse, stimulate blood flow and loosen surface blockage while inducing relaxation. Sari Ayu Facial: Deep cleansing facial using essences of rose, Ylang-Ylang, and lemon, depending on your skin type. Includes a face massage and skin-conditioning mask.
