The location is perfect, right on the beach with 2 spots to surf, depending on the swell. It is undeveloped and beautiful, but with an organized kitchen that produced amazing meals. It is also really quiet and relaxing with a friendly and accommodating staff.

The accommodation is a little bit rustic with no shower or even a basin tap, just a bucket and a ladle. The mosquito net was also a little small for a double bed, and I often got bitten where my skin touched the net. There was also a lot of confusion as to what was included in my package and what wasn't, and how much my total bill would be at the end (to be paid in cash); I personally found this a bit stressful. PS, there's no wifi, bring your own.

The Surfcamp and the people were amazing! It felt like my home-away-from-home, the surfing and the relaxed island life: couldnt have asked for more :)

I love this place! This is my first time here in Puraran Beach and I don't know how to swim or surf. I love the food and the people. They are all accommodating and fun. The view was so relaxing, far from the capital city, but it's worth it.

I couldn't ask for more. The hospitality was just overwhelming! I don't even have to lock my door whenever I go out. Though surfing is the main attraction in Puraran, the locals offer a good deal to bring you to different amazing spots. This place definitely needs a revisit.

I came by myself, but never felt alone at all. Puraran Beach has it all, friendly people, great foods, affordable accommodations, wonderful scenery, and of course majestic waves.
