A typical North-eastern Brazilian house from the sixties that is restored, it has its original character and authenticity. You will be picked up in Cumbuco. After a short drive, you will start the downwind from Pecém Beach all the way to Taíba Lagoon, where you will stop for snacks and drinks. In the afternoon, you will arrive at one of the best wave and flat spot of Ceará which is Paracuru Beach.
This stretch is full of waves and some flat waters. Definitely something for everyone. You will travel 28 kilometers this day. Overnight will be in Paracuru.
After an hour drive, you will start the downwind in Lagoinha Beach, where at the beginning, you will enjoy a bit of waves. After passing in the lagoon of the Jegue and Barra of the Trairi River (About 17 kilometers), you will stop at the beachfront luxury resort, where you can have snacks.
You can either continue the downwind for another 15 kilometers or just relax by the resort and kite at the spot, the conditions are for all levels of Kiters. You will travel 32 kilometers. Accommodation will be in Guajiru.
You will downwind from Guajiru to Icaraí de Amontada. You will continue to downwind along the coast passing quite a few amazing fisherman villages. This is a stretch where you will have plenty of flat water and a few waves.
You will then stop in Praia da Baleia for snacks. For sure if you do not feel like doing all distance, you do not have to. Ask what are the best legs and just do it at your level. Travel for 56 kilometers. Accommodation in Icaraí de Amontada.
After a two-hour drive, start your downwind at Barrinha, you will then stop for snacks at Preá Beach, and continue until Jericoacoara, this downwind is very relaxed with flat water most of the way.
The second part of the downwind takes you into the sunset passing the rocky headland of Jeri and land just right behind the dune. A quite magical arrival. Travel for 30 kilometers. Accommodation in Jericoacoara.
Leaving from behind the Sunset Dune, you will begin to downwind through an amazing wavy ride. You will then stop for snacks at Tatajuba, and continue towards Camocin.
Here, you will pack up the gear in the car and through the sunset, take the car on the Barge that will cross the Camocim river and reach your pousada. You will travel for 36 kilometers. Accommodation will be in Camocin or Maceo.
Leaving from Camocin, you will continue along the coast with the most amazing views. You will stop in Bitupita and continue to Barra Grande, one of the most amazing Kitespots of the Piaui region.
Barra Grande is a really cute village and is way smaller than Jeri but has plenty of pousada and is really close to the beach. It has some quality restaurants. You will travel for 51 kilometers. Accommodation in Barra Grande.
You will begin in front of the pousada. After two kilometers, there is a flat water lagoon, where you can enjoy your snacks. Continue your downwind to Luis Correia, a very fun and wavy spot. You will travel for 30 kilometers. Accommodation in Luís Correia.
In the morning, you will drive to Parnaíba, which is about 45 minutes away, and then meet with the boat crew to take you throughout the mangrove on a jungle safari, all the way to one of the most amazing kite spot, a very large river mouth. There will be an expression session afterward. Accommodation will be in Canarias Island.
After breakfast, you will leave by boat to Parnaíba city, where a car is waiting for you. Pack the gears in the car then go by 4X4 via asphalt back to Jericoacoara or Cumbuco. You will arrive at the end of the day.
