Join Los Clavos Surf Camp for surf, yoga, and a whole lot of chill time! The warm waters of the Pacific Ocean and the ever shinning sun are waiting for you. Nestled in a small fishermen village, Los Clavos is the ideal getaway for surfers and travelers in search of authenticity and uncrowded waves. The best waves in Northern Nicaragua are nearby and aside from surf, you will also enjoy some yoga before a few sunset beers.
Los Clavos Surf Resort has four comfortable beachfront bungalows, all with private bathroom and large beds. Each of them has their ocean view deck to relax in privacy. They offer shared accommodation with four people sharing. Single bungalows are sometimes available on request with a supplement charge.
The decor is simple and in keeping with the environment. The bungalows have been built for comfort and coolness. They are made of wood and palm trees, in keeping with the surrounding nature.
If you are already an advanced surfer, you will surf at the Boom. Los Clavos Surf Camp will provide four-by-four transportation along with use of equipment. Trips are arranged in accordance with the tides and one of the surf instructors will be there to introduce you to this spot.
Los Clavos Surf Camp is also available to arrange a boat to one of the nearby surf breaks if you are looking for more adventure. If you are not quite at this level, you are more than welcome to join and spectate these world class waves.
For the beginner surfers, you will be taken to nearby Nahualapa Bay for a surf lesson with one of the certified instructors. You will be guided through the basics and then given daily advice on how to improve your technique.
Every day, there is a yoga lesson for you to stretch and restore. Depending on the time of the surf session, the yoga class may be morning or afternoon. Either way, this is a great way to allow your body to adjust to the intensity of surfing. The classes will always accommodate multiple levels. If you are new to yoga, extra support will be provided to get you started.
This retreat includes a boat trip to the local harbor. It provides a slow and relaxing trip along the mangrove trees of the Aserradores estuary followed by an opportunity to wake board off the back of the boat. With a cooler full of beer and the sun setting in the distance, it is one of the week's highlights.

Los Clavos Surf Resort offers French flavor cuisines mixed with local Nicaraguan products. They pay particular attention to turn every meal into a special moment and mealtimes are a key feature at Los Clavos. All food is freshly prepared from local seasonal produce to provide healthy sustenance for a full day of activity.
