The surf lodge is equipped with eight exclusive rooms, two modern kitchen, laundry area, and a big sport storage. The surf house has a lounge and common spaces and a smart TV room with Youtube and Netflix included. The big patio area includes stone showers, outside dining area, barbecue zone, and Bali-beds. It is one of the most interesting surf camp in Fuerteventura, suitable for kiters and surfers.

Line Up is the only surf camp in Fuerteventura that has been purposely redesigned and rebuilt as such. They know what surfers and kiters are looking for in a surf holiday and kite surf experience; comfortable and clean accommodation in a modern, spacious, and stylish design.

In Line up Fuerteventura surf camp, they choose to teach smaller groups; a maximum of six people per group rather than the standard eight to optimize customer care and to improve attention to detail and quality when coaching. From complete beginners to intermediate and advanced, they will find the proper spot for you to progress with no age or gender limits.

The lessons roughly last four hours depending on travel time. Everyone can surf as much as they please; two hours is usually enough to tire even the toughest individuals so water and food breaks are welcome. You start the lesson on the beach with a brief introduction to get to know each individuals level and goals for that session. The intro is followed by an extensive stretch to improve stamina and lower the chance of muscle and ligament related injuries.

The instructors will then explain the essential safety precautions that everyone must be aware of when surfing. The safety talk varies from spot to spot and relates directly to the conditions that day. Each surfer will receive personalized hands-on tuition both on the beach and in the water to maximize each persons learning potential. By adopting this approach, Line Up's students often surpass their goals and in turn get super stoked on surfing.

Surf spots

El burro

The right has more wall than the lefts. Usually crowded in summer time, works with north-east swells or with big north-west swells (winter season) with more than 12 seconds period. Usually packed with windsurfers. For intermediate to advanced surfers.

El moro

Very good place to learn to catch your first waves with nice and soft waves for beginners. Hard to find parking place in the summer season.

El muelle

Needs some swell to work; the right is short and fast, long lefts, could get some barrels, usually crowded with locals and che’s. Suitable or intermediate and advanced surfers.

Entubadera

With a big swell from the north-west, it starts fast, medium-sized waves with nice, short, open barrels. Many peaks and suitable for surfers of all levels.

Punta elena outside

Holds any size and s one of the best big wave rider spot in the island; works just a few times a year. You can SUP or longboard with less size. Barrels and long rides with big swells. For advanced surfers only.

Rocky point

The inside section works better with high tide and holds any size. You can get some barrels and nice turns on the pocket. The spot is usually full of beginners. Suitable for surfers of all levels.

Different ocean conditions, pristine waters, good weather all year round, kilometers of sandy beaches and reef breaks, and frequent flights from Europe make this island your perfect water sport holiday destination. Frequently compared to the Hawaiian north shore, Fuerteventura is also known as a quiet island. It’s the ideal place to take it easy and enjoy the healthy lifestyle with friends and family.

Fuerteventura is one of the seven Canary Islands and as Lanzarote’s sister, they share a spectacular geography an arid moonscape scenario. Just 97 kIlometers of Africa, is the second largest of the Canaries, has a length of nearly 326 kilometers coastline of which 77 are white sand beaches with crystalline waters.

Fuerteventura is the island with most beaches in the area, thereby making it a perfect setting for water sports, especially for beginners surfers. All the towns up north are full of schools, surf shops, surf camps, where you can hire, rent surfboards, wetsuits, etc. Strong winds are the other side of the island, which force you always to look the surf report for the right coast line or surf spot that works better with the wind and the swell of the day.

The north coast, very exposed to the north and northwest swells, presents dozens of lava reef breaks. The west has countless beach breaks for surf near Cotillo. Down south, the island is a gem of waves that rarely works; only with large swells and high periods.

"We had never expected such a great progress in three days. Our instructor Federico was really accurate when teaching us the theory and very effective with the practical side. We had all the time the impression of being in good hands. The whole line up - troop is anyway really friendly and care for their customers. They suggested us to wait a couple of days for best wind conditions, in order to learn more effectively and we loved the two in water-lessons in the middle of the sea and far away from the coast and many possible dangers. Thank you guys! If we ever go back on holidays to FV we will come by for sure! "

"Line Up were the only surf school that could accommodate me and my nine year old daughter together in the beginner class - every other school could only offer a semi-private lesson which was too much financially. We both loved all three days and wished we could stay for more! The instructor (David) was excellent and very encouraging and patient with my daughter and others. We got to see some lovely surfing places around Corralejo that we wouldn't visit otherwise and even had a professional photographer (Chay) on day one - so we ended up with cool photos too. Already planning a trip back in October for some more surfing fun. Thanks to all the Line Up team!"

"Good guys, happy to swap gear as and when the conditions change. Ideal for more intermediate surfers who don't want to hump gear around as they have a good selection on quality boards. Very happy."

"We visited Fuerteventura for the first time and having store staff advising us where best to surf was an invaluable part of the service, so thanks so much to you all. The great thing is that you can also swap your boards as you go depending on the conditions. It may be worth checking by email. I absolutely loved my board and didn't even expect to have such a high quality pro longboard available to rent. Will definitely come back if we visit Corralejo again. "
