The sunny Morocco's waves are today's prized surf spots by many Moroccan and foreign travelers. The country has many practitioners, with expert trainers anxious to accompany the development of this sport. It is a leisure activity that became a pillar of the development of tourism of the country.
During this surf camp, you will have two-hour lessons for five days with experienced coaches. You will also be given free time for surfing in the afternoons after your lessons are done. You will be transported by Life Surf Morocco to the beach for each lesson. There are hundreds of surf spots in Morocco. Here are a few:
About 40 kilometers north of Agadir hides Dracula. This wave takes its name from the underwater rocks shaped like teeth. Sea urchins have also invaded the spot. It is a hollow and powerful beauty and it requires an advanced level surfer because it is particularly dangerous. The best sessions take place between May and October.
The Pointe des Ancres is located in Agadir. A fish-processing plant was placed on a point and old anchors were placed there, hence its name. It quickly became a reference spot in Morocco. The wave can unfold over 200 to 300 meters, with a nice tube section at the beginning.
A little further away, less than one kilometer away, lies the wave of Killer Point. There are fewer people here. The spot is beautiful and the water is blue, which is not always the case in Morocco where the water is often brown. An experienced level is required to tackle the waves here.
The waves of Mysteries, La Source, and La Bouilloire are not to be missed. Mysteries is a fast wave, ideal for airs and maneuvers. La Source is a very nice beach break with bands of rocks stretching out to the sea. When there is not too much swell, La Boilloire is a spot of perfect fold. The wave is on a slab and it is a straight tube of over 300 meters. Again, it takes a good level of surfer to tackle this one.
You will go on a half day trip to the big market in Agadir during your vacation.

You can enjoy a day trip to Paradise Valley. It’s a breathtaking oasis of palm trees and natural pools built by a small river. The Paradise Valley belongs to the valley of Tamrhakht, a part of the westernmost High Atlas.
This small paradise will enchant you with its waterfalls and trees full of fresh fruits. In the river and its associated water pools, you will find plenty of fish, frogs, and if you are lucky, you can swim with a family of Spanish terrapins in the crystal clear water. The area around the Paradise Valley is specialized in the production of honey and you will find the expensive but famous argan oil.
Souk El Had in Agadir is a must see. If you want to walk around in the hustle and bustle of an oriental market or you like to buy something nice for your family and friends at home, the souk is the right place for you. Behind the six-meter high walls of the souk, you can buy anything in over 3000 stalls from tourist souvenirs, clothes, leather goods, household items, spices, to fruits and vegetables. Haggle hard but please note that some stores advertise fixed prices.
If your arms are hurting and your body feels tired after all the surfing, try to relax and visit a traditional hammam. In a Moroccan hammam, you will usually find a series of rooms from hot to cool.
You will progress in stages through the rooms and if you like, you can enjoy the treatments. Being washed with black olive soap and being exfoliated with a rough glove in a relaxing atmosphere will take all your pain away. Furthermore, you can choose to get a massage or just relax in the rooms. After this traditional therapy, you will feel newly born.
Please book your flight to arrive at Agadir-Al Massira Airport (AGA). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Life Surf Morocco will pick you up from the airport.
