09:30
Check-out Time:
11:00

Your bedroom is a large two-person sheddie with standing height, a 2.70-meter by 3.50-meter area, two real beds, a reading lamp on the bedside table, and enough space for your luggage. The tents are in the own area on a wind-protected meadow.

Your living room is a large, heated lounge with an open fireplace, table football, and projector for joint video evenings and sports events such as Football EM and World Cup. There is a table tennis table and a cozy barbecue lounge with space for 20 people outside.

Program

There are 2 days of kitesurfing course and 3 days free practice with their material pool including overnight stays and all necessary material, full board and VDWS theory seminar and kite license.

In their 5-day kitesurf camp, beginners and advanced are of course welcome. The kitesurfing courses are for both beginners and advanced. In groups of a maximum of 4 participants, adapted to the respective level, they focus on your progress.

Depending on which level you have already reached, they adapt the course to your needs. For advanced kiters, they offer the possibility of radio training with BB Talking radio equipment. Advanced means that you have already taken a course before and have reached level 4.

For more advanced kiters (VDWS level >=4) this year, they are offering a kite camp without training, only with supervised kiting. During supervised kiting, you can certainly pick up a few tips from their kite instructors. It is important that you spend a lot of time on the kite. And if it doesn’t work out, you can also book private lessons on site at short notice.

The arrival is on your own and should be done on Monday by around 9:30 am. Alternatively, you can arrive the evening before. You can book an additional overnight stay when you register. Departure can be planned flexibly on Sunday depending on the wind. You are welcome to extend your stay with them spontaneously if they still have free places.

Kitesurf training

  • 2 4 hours beginner training (maximum 4 students / teachers)
  • 3 3 hours supervised kiting (maximum 2 students / kite set)
  • VDWS theory seminar with test (approximately 2 hours)
  • VDWS kite license
  • Equipment included
  • Voucher regulation for lost days (wind / weather dependent)

Training content (beginners)

  • Theory (basics and advanced knowledge)
  • Material science
  • Assembly and dismantling
  • Safety briefing
  • Spot briefing
  • Launching and landing the kite on land and in the water
  • Flight school
  • Body dragging on all courses
  • Water starting with boards
  • Gliding and first maneuvers

Kite instructors speak English, German, and Dutch. For all non-feasible content (due to lack of wind or other weather conditions), you will receive a voucher so that you can make up for the remaining rental days at any time and thus no benefits are forfeited!

All kitesurfing equipment is of course included in the price, i.e. kite, bar, board, wetsuit, harness, and leash. At the beginning of the kite camp, you will receive a wetsuit and the harness including the leash, which you will keep in your care for the duration of the camp so that they don’t have to put everything together for you every day.

At 10 am, they start handing out materials. For those who didn’t arrive the day before, they’ll start at 9:30 am with a welcome round. They will show you the camp and you can move into your accommodation.
