You will be accommodated in surf houses reserved for students. They are located really close to the beach and close from all amenities in the village (bars, restaurants, surf shops, grocery stores, and more). You can enjoy all of these conveniences with your new housemates or perfect your suntan in the dunes right after surfing.

Each surf house has a fully-equipped communal kitchen where you can cook your meals, bathroom, living room with chill-out area, interior patio and a little terrace. You can decide between a dorm room (shared with a maximum of four guests) or a private room. Bedsheets are provided, you just need to bring your own towels.

The surf house is a great place to socialize with other surfers and make the most of what Famara has to offer! The surf house is like a small hostel, self-catered and right in front of the beach across the dunes. It has direct sea and mountain views. Sunbathe and throw a barbecue in the dunes!

The surf and yoga camp is held in Famara, on the north shore of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. Lanzarote is located 150 kilometers east of the African coast, a two-to-four-hour flight from the main European cities.

Lanzarote, or Lanza as locals call it, is the most easterly island of the Canary archipelago, which belongs to Spain. It is located in the Atlantic Ocean, 100 kilometers west of the African coast and approximately 1,000 kilometers south of mainland Spain. Lanzarote is the most volcanic of the Canary Islands. Here you will discover a truly unique landscape made of deserts, volcanoes, blue skies, crystal-clear waters and unspoiled coastlines.

Its magnetic, almost lunar landscape boasting over 200 kilometers of coastline and countless beaches, together with the charm of its architecture. Exclusively low-rise houses, all painted white with either blue or green woodwork, make it truly different from any other island of the archipelago.

Famara beach is a remote three-kilometer-long stretch of sand and dunes. It borders with Caleta de Famara on one side, and with the Risco mountain on the other, making for a beautiful and unique landscape. It is a perfect playground for joggers, bathers, surfers, windsurfers, and kitesurfers, and provides enough space for all to enjoy the beach peacefully, all year-round. The beach’s numerous peaks can accommodate surfers of all levels.
