Gilberto started to surf six years ago by himself, but after a few times, he looks for all of the technics of surfing and he learns with the best surfers in Ecuador like Javier Fey and Jefferson Panezzo, the professional Ecuadorian surfers. He is available to give the best theory and practices lessons for you.

Things to do (optional)
You can discover a black sand beach, a beautiful beach with brilliant black sand because are minerals like titanium you have to enjoy. Also, you can go to Portete Island, a paradise island with all palms. You can also go to the Mompiche river and fall or go to a hidden beach. If you still have plenty of time, you could also take Spanish lessons or enjoy a cooking class for an additional cost.

Please book your flight to arrive at Aeropuerto Internacional Mariscal Sucre (UIO). After having a flight from Quito, you need to take bus or taxi to Esmeraldas. You can come by bus from Esmeraldas, first, you have to take a bus from Quito to Esmeraldas and then a bus to Mompiche.
