Dex Siner has been a surfer since he was seven years old. He is a local surfer and tour guide in Indonesia. He will show you best spots to surf and the most beautiful places in Lombok and Sumbawa.
Herman Rombak
Herman loves surfing since he was a child and today teaches and spread his passion for the sport.
Jacka Wright
Jacka will be your surfing instructor. He believes that being happy and smiling is the most important attitude required to learn surfing.
Location
This surf camp will take place in Makarma Resort, Lombok, Indonesia. Indonesia is an archipelago made up of more than 17,000 islands. Lombok, Gili, and Sumbawa are ideal places for anyone who wants to surf in Indonesia, away from the crowds of Bali. On the island of Lombok, you will find one of the best waves on the left of the world and to access some points of the beach is complicated due to the security infrastructure and complicated roads.
Without a doubt, Dessert Point is the best wave in Lombok and one of the best lefts in the world. It breaks almost half a kilometer into a shallow reef bottom, releasing a blunt and endless tube. It is a wave for experienced surfers, but if you are near a sea day, seeing it from the outside is quite a sight.
To the Northwest of Lombok, just three minutes walking from the center area of Senggigi, you will have a perfect long right-hander wave and left with a reef background. You will have two different surf spots called Senggigi Reef and Senggigi Right Hander which consist the best wave to start surfing in Lombok.
