One-bedroom kite home is located inside a modern urbanization, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and very close to main restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. All the comforts you could need with Wi-Fi, private terrace, BBQ, full kitchen, and kite storage.

Course information
This kitesurfing course is suitable for beginners, as well as for those who want to improve their skills and their knowledge in this area. Some of the things you will learn as a beginner include: basic theory of the wind and assessing the suitability of the beach, knowledge, and use of the safety systems, setting up and packing down the kite, knowing and evaluating the area, flying the kite in different areas in the wind, launching and landing the kite with the help of an assistant, flying a big kite.
What to expect
Kite Progress Tarifa can teach you the best of all disciplines (freeride, freestyle, new school, wave riding, and racing). Through the pragmatic, 'tried and tested' approach to instructing, the IKO certified instructors tailor each lesson based on the level and individual needs of the pupils. The certified IKO kiteboarding instructors will help you learn proper kiteboarding practices and techniques, outlining what should and should not be done, every step of the way. Kite Progress Tarifa will give you useful tips on understanding the wind and choosing the right kiteboarding equipment, as well as a complete list of kiteboarding terminology.

Note
In the event that the 20-hour group kitesurfs is not held due to a lack of participants or wind conditions, the customer is given the opportunity to choose the most suitable option of 4 hours of private kitesurf lessons or almost 7 hours of semi-private sessions. In case kitesurfing isn't feasible due to the weather conditions, customers have the option to opt for wing foil or surf sessions instead.
The Kite lessons will be instructed by multiple instructors who are experts in kite surfing (IKO certified). The lessons will be held by these instructors based on their availability. These instructors will provide a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.

Peppe grew up in Anzio, a small town on the south coast of Rome in Italy. He grew up on the water and feel best between the waves, with a nice blowing wind. He has been traveling and teaching for more than 10 years, both in Cuba and in Tarifa and his goal is always to provide all students with the necessary knowledge to be able to perform this sport safely and in a pleasant way. HIs biggest pride is watching students become independent kitesurfers and he truly believes that with dedication anyone can learn to kite.
Location
Kite Progress Tarifa principally teaches right at the beginning of Los Lances beach, a zone dedicated to kite schools. However, we always want to maximize your experience and we move based on the best wind conditions and can change spots to best accommodate you.
Playa de Los Lances (The Los Lances Beach) is a long and white sandy beach with an average width of 120 meters. The beach is situated north of Tarifa, until Torre de la Peña. It is a very popular kitesurfing spot with many services, such as beach bars, toilets, showers, a camping site,s and the possibility of parking.

Kite Progress Tarifa will pick you up from the airport arrivals and take you directly to your accommodation in Tarifa. There is a maximum capacity of 4 passengers with luggage. If you have any board bags, please advise when booking. In addition to the transportation, buses depart from all airports throughout the day, just take those which are headed towards Tarifa or Algeciras.
Arrival by bus
From the Málaga Airport (AGP), Seville Airport (SVQ), and Jerez Airport (XRY), you first have to take a bus to the centers of these cities, and from there take a second bus to Tarifa. If arriving at the Gibraltar airport, you first have to cross the border to Spain. From La Linea de Concepción, which is a town right across the border in Spain, take the bus to Tarifa. The bus station is about 10 minutes’ walk away from the crossing point.
