Kite Morocco’s kite school in Essaouira offers courses every day, throughout the year. Their equipment is all brand new 2013 North Kiteboarding top of the range gear. During this kitesurf camp, you will have intermediate semi-private (two people per instructor) sessions. You’ll learn to do transitions, basic jumps, back loops, etc. Your instructors are fully certified by either IKO or FFVL and speak a variety of languages, so that you can learn comfortably.
Essaouira is Africa's windy city. Situated on the Atlantic coast just 2-hour drive from Marrakech or Agadir, Essaouira is very easy to get to. There is a vast sandy beach that stretches for miles, as well as many other fantastic spots located close by.
Essaouira is a city full of culture, art, and music. It's world renowned and a host to the Essaouira Kiteboard World Cup each year. This is a place that can be enjoyed by everyone.
If you prefer to fly from the UK, or other main European airports, then you can choose to fly to either Marrakech or Agadir. There is Easyjet, Ryanair, Royal Air Maroc, and BMI that all offer direct flights. If you choose to fly to Marrakech, then its an easy 1.5 hour transfer to Essaouira, mainly highway, so it's a comfortable drive.
If you choose to fly to Agadir, the transfer will take slightly longer, about 2 hours, on a windy coastal road, which is one of the most beautiful drives in Morocco! It's a great chance to take a glimpse at the wave spots of Taghazout or Imsouane on your way to Essaouira.
You can benefit from your included airport transfer if you arrive at Agadir-Al Massira Airport (AGA) or Marrakesh Menara Airport (RAK).
