Ketanga Fitness Retreats Costa Rica Yoga Retreat Program

Each day, your amazing coaches will lead you through two different activities that combine fitness, recovery, and fun. One day may start with a jog and end with SUP, and another day may start with a beach workout and end with a stretch and mobility session. Every fitness level will be accommodated, and the coaches will challenge each individual to help achieve their goals for the retreat.

This unique getaway is for moms to connect, be active and adventurous, yet relax at the same time. It's a time where all the details are flawlessly taken care of, and where you can breathe and take care of yourselves for once.

In between your workouts, you will have opportunities to relax on the beach or in the pool, socialize over meals at amazing local restaurants, and soak up the culture with local excursions and activities like hiking in Las Catalinas and taking an (optional) surfing lesson.

Carey is a physiotherapist, health coach, running coach mamma, runner and adventurer. Her mission is to empower moms through running and fitness because when moms move, kids move.
Cheryl Borecky
Cheryl Borecky has acquired a plethora of course studies and certifications in the recreation field including coaching and fitness theory, swimming, paddling, rope and river rescue, skiing as well as first aid / CPR. She is also a CrossFit trainer and WPA stand-up paddle board instructor.
