During your surf camp, you will be staying at Bhavana Surf House. The house is located across the street from beautiful designed shopping center, where you can find a supermarket, local bars and cafes with Wi-Fi, restaurants, shops, weekly weekend stalls with local arts and herbs, and live music acts. If you wish to catch a bus, you can go to the beach or stroll into the city center. You just need to walk for 5 minutes.
Staying in the house will allow you to go surfing in front of Kailua Surf School. The surf school is located in the northern part of Fuerteventura, in Corralejo. Fuerteventura is a Canary Island famous for its 150-kilometer sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and natural landscapes. The northern part of Fuerteventura is one of the most beautiful and suitable areas for surfing. In the north, you can find surf spots for all levels of surfers, from constant beginner-friendly waves to challenging point break waves with tubes for advanced surfers.
Corralejo is a town and resort located on the north east tip of Fuerteventura, facing the small island of Lobos. At approximately 2 miles (3.2 kilometers), it is the largest holiday resort in Fuerteventura. Corralejo remains a traditional fishing village, but there are also many new buildings and hotels behind and beside it. Corralejo has managed to retain its original charm and atmosphere, and there are still white sandy beaches in the town center where you can drop down and soak up the Canarian sunshine. It is easy to reach all the best surf spots in the north from Corralejo.
Corralejo is surrounded with most impressive beautiful beaches in the whole Europe. There are 2 small sandy beaches in the town, which is usually very crowded. The most impressive beaches are situated just south of Corralejo at the Parque Natural de Corralejo. The name of the beach is Grandes Playas and it is a long sandy beach with turquoise clean water and big sand dunes. It is a lonely beach, but walking along it, you can find some naturist walking.
