During this surf camp, you will stay at K59 Surf Resort. The resort is located on the pacific coastal highway (Carretera El Litoral or CA-2) of El Salvador. You can choose to stay in a single, double, triple, quadruple, or quintuple room.
Surfing at La Libertad will get you to know many other surf spots near K59 Surf Resort such as Punta Roca, Conchalio, La Bocana, Sunzal, and Mizata. Punta Roca, known as Road de Tepeagua, has a perfect right point break, fast and hollow tubes, but sometimes crowded especially during weekends. Another surf spot is Conchalio which has a great beach break and hollow tubes with the right conditions which are totally uncrowded.
La Bocana has a great river mouth, left-hand wave, and always hot for surfing. Meanwhile, Sunzal has a right point break, the longest wave in El Salvador which is perfect for long boards and short boards, and crowded especially during weekends. Mizata has a point and beach break, as well as a mellow wave with few surfers around.

Edgard Ziegele has been surfing since 1982 and running the surfing business since 1999. He was also one of the first local surfers who has surfed K59 Surf Resort since the early 80s.
La Libertad is a municipality in El Salvador. This municipality has a great beach area and offers powerful right waves with great tubes and fast sections. In addition, this area is surrounded by beautiful mountains and ancient forests which make it great for an enjoyable hiking tour.
Pre-Columbian culture in El Salvador has left many archeological sites. Declared as a world heritage site by UNESCO, the sites are well-preserved with Mayan dwellings buried under 20 feet of volcanic ash 1400 years ago.
What is really good about traveling to El Salvador is that it is really easy to flight from almost anywhere in the USA. It takes 5 hours to reach from California to El Salvador, 2.5 hours from Florida, and no more than 5 hours from the rest of USA.
This package includes three full meals a day and drinking water.
