You will be staying on a 4 acre oceanfront property with three villas and three studio cottages, 2 pools, lots of decks for yoga and relaxing, and centrally located to all beaches and restaurants. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with ceiling fans and/or AC.
This trip is all about you and what you want out of it, so you can do as much or as little as you desire. This is your vacation! You can enjoy an early morning run, or power walk, followed by a morning yoga session, surfing or stand-up paddling in the afternoons and a second yoga class in the early evening to further unwind from your day!
Jivamukti Yoga School (Jivamukti Yoga)
Jessica has been practicing yoga for 24 years. She started at the original Jivamukti Yoga Studio in East Village, New York. She completed her 500-hour training in 1997 at the Jivamukti Yoga School under the guidance of Sharon Gannon and David Life. She spent many hours studying the Anusara, Iyengar, and Ashtanga styles and is currently pursuing certification in Ashaya yoga, which sprouted from Anusara, with Todd Norian. Jessica is also a triathlete, an avid surfer, and the owner of KamaDeva Yoga.
Rincon is truly spectacular, with the ocean right out your front door and the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen.
100% organic and locally sourced, the food is one of the highlights of this trip. Most of the produce from the local CSA, fish from the fishermen, and bread homemade from the farmers' market.
Other activities that we can pre-arrange prior to the trip include hikes in a local rain forest, mountain bike tours, snorkeling trips, scuba diving, sailing, horseback riding on beaches and trails, parasailing, fishing charters and surfing lessons.
