Nestled in the heart of York, Maine, you will stay in one of the two beautiful private seaside accommodations. One home sits majestically above the ocean on the Nubble and features gorgeous upscale bedrooms and four bathrooms. The views from every room are a dream. On the first floor, the kitchen opens up to the living room and the ocean beyond.
The second home is located across the street from the beach. Newly renovated and with a large beautiful yard and firepit, this 330 square foot home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and a brand new kitchen.
Whilst the end of summer is slowly rolling in, the pace of coastal life is tuning down to a beautiful, organic feel. September by the Atlantic Ocean is a wonderful time to surf, stand up paddleboard, and transition your yoga practice into fall.
Join Jessica and Nadia for this all women retreat as you dive deep into practice on and off the mats and on and off our boards. Wake up everyday and join the beach yoga class before jumping into one of the surf or stand up paddleboard yoga classes, and take time in the evening to relax, unwind, and participate in some really amazing goal setting and discussions around how to tap into you potential in creating a life you are in love with.
A perfect solo or with girlfriend getaway to get salty in the ocean, move freely on your mat and nourish your body before the transition of fall sets in. Fun, tears, and new connections guaranteed!

Some guests also enjoy carpooling. The JBYoga team is happy to try and link you up with other guests coming from the Montreal area or flying into the same hubs as you. You can then share the cost of a rental car and get to know yourselves better before arriving to the retreat home.
