        World Class Surf Instructors

        I took a few lessons back home and didn’t manage to stand up on a board, and if not for the team at Iguana Surf Camp I don’t know if I ever would have. They are great at working with beginners and expert teachers. Marcelo especially helped me adjust my stance and figure out how to get up and get forward on the board, and was full of knowledge and very patient and helpful. If you want to learn to surf, or to get better, come here!

        Couldn't have asked for more!

        Even though we booked our stay 2 days before our arrival, the team at Iguana was super helpful and everything was in place on our arrival. The van was waiting for us at the airport to whisk us away to the hotel. The room was clean and nicely appointed and the maid spruced it up daily. Our instructors, Moises and Kike were top notch and we felt like they really wanted us to succeed. Everyone was flexible with changes to our schedule to accommodate tours and really tried to tailor our vacation to our needs. Hands down a great experience!

        Pura vida surf camp

        J ai passé 8 jours à iguana surf.

        J ai commencé au niveau débutant et je suis content de mes progrès les cours sont de bonne qualité de plus le personnel veille à ce que tout se passe bien.

        J ai passé une très bonne semaine je le recommande.

        I never imagined that surfing would be so fun!!!

        I had a last minute opportunity to escape my routine, so I decided to check surfing off my bucket list. I found Iguana Surf Camp a 3 hour flight away so I booked it.

        OMG!!!! I was expecting a rustic, maybe hot and sandy place; instead, I was accommodated in a super comfortable bunk in a shared room, with A/C, luxury bathroom, private locker.. not to mention that it is right across the street from the beach where I surfed every lesson ;)

        I had a healthy "Camper Breakfast" every morning (included in my package), to have energy for the workout... People: Surfing is an AMAZING EXCERCISE!!!

        Chris was patient, motivating and always givkng me good vibes.

        I learned that PURA VIDA means PURE LIFE, which is what they live and teach how to live at Iguana.

        I recommend this camp all the way, and I am already planning my return;)
