On this surf camp, you will be accommodated in Huraa Island Guesthouse. There's a total of 14 rooms in the guesthouse and each room has its own private bathroom, air-conditioning, and an extra fan. There is also outside seating areas in front of the guesthouse.
The rooms are cleaned daily. Towels, toilet papers, and electricity adapters are also available and can be changed or added up to your request. In addition, Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, around the guesthouse, and in the nearby beach. Huraa Island Guesthouse’s staff is ready to take care of your needs all the time.
This surf camp will take place in Huraa Island, Maldives. Your place of stay during the retreat, Huraa Island Guesthouse, is located on the southeast side of the island. The island is one of the inhabited local islands of Kaafu Atoll, Maldives.
The island is very close to the main city of Male and Indian Ocean. There is also a coral reef and some local shops near the Guesthouse. Around the guesthouse, there are a total of 15 breaks for intermediate surfers, with the best wind on the southwest side.
During the surf camp, you will be served with daily buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The meals consist of traditional food of Maldives and mainly made from fresh fish, pasta, vegetables, and fruits. Upon arrival, a welcome drink will be given to you. You can also enjoy drinking water, tea, and coffee after lunch.
On Huraa Island, alcohol consumption is prohibited. However, if you still want to drink alcoholic beverages, you can go to the tourist resorts and uninhabited islands.
Please book your flight to arrive at Velana International Airport (MLE). Transfer from and to the airport is available at an additional cost.
The public ferry transport is available every Saturday - Thursday at Villingili Ferry Terminal. The ferry can take you to Huraa Island from Male at the cost of 3 USD per person.
