Yoga
Larry Schultz has created "The Rocket®" routines, a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. The perfect marriage of tempo and sequence. With plenty of ways to modify the classical poses, The Rocket® is designed to wake up the nervous system and feed it the precious prana it craves while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in the practice.
The Rocket® one - You are stronger than you think you are (75 to 90 minutes)
The Rocket® one will focus on strengthening the legs, shoulders, and abdominals. Be ready to move a bit faster and get a lot stronger. The Rocket® one routine integrates postures from the first and second series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Routine is practiced on Mondays and Thursdays at "It’s Yoga Centers".
The Rocket® two - Quiet the thinking mind - wake up the feeling body (75 to 90 minutes)
The Rocket® two is a "feel good" class - including variations of poses from the second and third series of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The Rocket® two focuses on strength pose, arm balances, backbends, and hip openers. Modifications will be offered and encouraged as we build the practice from the ground to up. This routine is practiced on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the "It’s Yoga System".
The Rocket® three - Happy hour - watch poses appearing and disappearing
This class is called the happy hour class or "The Rocket®" 3 at all It’s Yoga Centers. It’s when you come together to celebrate the week. This class includes all the poses of "It’s Yoga System" - 90 poses in 90 minutes. This class is a fusion of Rocket® one and two.
It is accessible to all levels and serves as an opportunity for those who want a challenge in their practice. The Rocket® three is a high-energy class that leaves the body charged with life force, prana. A perfect way to start the weekend. It's practiced on Fridays in the "It’s Yoga System" and at all, "It's Yoga studios" worldwide.
