Start surfing or bring your surfing skills to a whole other level! This surf and yoga retreat has been designed so that you can enjoy a different quality vacation. Yoga and surfing go together like sea and saltwater. Both disciplines tap into a natural flow. Yoga gets you in touch with the rhythm of your breath and body, while surfing gets you in sync with the wave patterns and ocean tides.
During this retreat, you will stay at Surf Riders and CO - Surf Camp, whose goal is to be more a home than a surf camp, which allows you to have individual attention. The accommodation is located in the city center but in front of the beach. It has a common pool and a tennis camp with extra costs. The team is composed of people who travel a lot. They know the importance of being well received and followed up when they come to a country that is not theirs.
This room is for four guests, equipped with two bunk beds, lots of light, and a shared full bathroom. This dorm has a balcony with the sea view. The bedrooms are inserted in a surf villa with the garden, terrace, and barbecue.

No matter if you are totally new to the world of yoga or already an experienced yogi or yogini, the loving and professional yoga teacher will always make sure you get the most out of the classes. From beginners to advanced levels, the instructors will make sure you are safe on the mat and will guide you into amazing inner journeys.
Yoga helps strengthen the key physical points to the surfing practice, such as arms, legs, back, and wrists. It minimizes the risk of injuries and improves the recovery time after a surf session. By learning to know and accept your body, you will improve your surf skills and bring your body feeling to a whole other level. By calming down the mind, you will be more focused and more concentrated in the water.
This surf camp will include Hatha yoga sessions, an energizing and revitalizing yoga to strengthen and tone your body structure and posture. You will also deepen your Yin yoga to reach the fasciae structures, connective tissues, and joints. During your stay, the yoga classes will have basic and varied sequences.
Sami is a professional surfer born in Ericeira. He tries to adapt the classes to the students so that they have fun and learn the maximum. He has been teaching since he was 16 years old. He has worked as a surf coach all over the world. In addition to being certified as a surf instructor, he also has certification as a lifeguard, a stand-up paddle instructor, and as a surf coach.
Sansão is one of the surf instructors during your stay. His background is architecture, however, he dedicated himself to surfing a few years ago. He is certified as a surf teacher and has been teaching in Ericeira since the beginning of his training.
Lisa is a yoga teacher. For her, yoga is a way to get closer to her real self and to enable the flow of energy. The first step is to enjoy the body postures, a conscious breathing (pranayama), and concentration (dharana).
This retreat will take place in Ericeira, Portugal. Early in the morning, the misty veil slowly rains over the Portuguese Atlantic Coast and the first rays of sunlight fall warmly over the Surf Riders Camp, dipping the flowers and palm trees in the garden into a light morning blush. The chirping of the little birds is the only noise you hear. Nestled amongst the rolling fields of lush green vegetation, standing the villas of the guesthouse Surf Riders Surf Camp, overlooking the region of Ericeira. There, the world is still in order. Slowly the clear air mixes with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The first guests arrive at the breakfast buffet, ready for a new day in paradise.
