"Intimate experience in the exceptional wilderness of Coiba with Liz as our experienced and friendly guide. Our 3 days/2nights went even better than expected we really enjoyed being so close to nature and wildlife every moment of the day, I would recommend it to everyone who likes to be close to nature"

"We did a 4 day, 3 night camp out on Coiba with another couple, under the amazing care/guidance of Liz M. Sea kayaking to snorkel, hike and simply "rest" in the tropical forest (aka jungle). Came back pretty much convinced we had spent 4 days on the Survivor TV show, except we had a wonderful cook, guide and expert with us at all times. Wildlife was phenomenal.... lucky enough to see a whale shark, howler monkeys to wake us up and fish like no other. Truly once in a lifetime experience. I would have given this a 5/5 except, comparatively speaking, this trip is NOT cheap, we would do it again."

"We enjoyed a three day kayak trip to coiba with camping on the island. Initially we had a different trip booked but due to very strong winds and swell they recommended to change this. This was a very good decision as the first day the wind was quite strong which made sea kayaking, even in the cover of the islands, quite challenging."

"Adam was our guide and took care of us very well. During kayaking, snorkeling and preparing our meals he was a great guide. Also very knowledgeable about the wildlife on the island and all general outdoor activities. The camping gear was of good quality; the tents, mats, hammocks and the kitchen area."

"The snorkeling was absolutely fantastic!! We were able to spot many turtles, reef sharks, muray eels and of course countless beautiful colored reef fish."

"Would highly recommend booking the trip to coiba with fluid!"

"It was, in one word: amazing! Just me and my boyfriend with our guide Adam on a deserteurs tropical beach at Coiba! "

"At first we had booked the kayak to lodge tour, but due to the wind and swells Michael luckily advised us to do the Coiba camping tour instead. "

"We had 3 days of snorkeling, kayaking, star gazing and relaxing. The health food was simple but very tasty!"

"We saw thousands off fish, many sharks and many turtles. "

"It was a once in a life time experiences! Go!!"

"We have just returned from a two week trip to Panama during which we visited Isla de Coiba with Fluid Adventures on a three day kayaking and snorkeling trip. While this is not an inexpensive excursion, it is unforgettable. You are taken by boat to an island off the Pacific coast of Panama which is close to being untouched, having served as a penal colony for many years. We were most fortunate to have Liz as our guide, and were extremely impressed with the range of Liz’s outdoor skills, ranging from snorkeling leader to cook to astronomer to first aid attendant."

"Fluid Adventures is the only company with permission to camp on Coiba away from the ranger station. Our tent camp was set on the beach about a kilometre away from the station. Liz whipped up gourmet meals, each one different, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amazing snorkeling was a short kayak trip away around a small island just offshore. Swimming with spotted eagle ray, sting ray, white tipped reef shark, green and hawksbill turtles made for an amazing experience. Liz took us by kayak to several other excellent snorkel sites, where we saw larger schools of fish than we’ve ever encountered. "

"On our third day, Adam, another guide, took us to Granito del Oro, a small islet in the marine park, and another island, for more wonderful snorkeling. He also led us on a short hike along one of the trails on Coiba."

"We were extremely impressed with Fluid Adventures and would most highly recommend it to anyone. One caution- this is a back country experience. There are no facilities on the island."

"We spent 8 days in the Santa Catalina area. Took some surfing lessons from Michael and spent the first couple of days learning to surf. Michael was so chill and positive. Proved that you're never to old to play in the surf. Spent the last 6 days on a sea kayaking trip to Coiba Island. Had a fantastic time with Liz and Jeka. Kayaked, swam with the fish, ate, laughed, woke up to the sounds of howler monkeys, and watched Capuchin monkeys on the beach and in the trees. It was a fantastic experience and the highlight of our trip to Panama. It's obvious that Michael cares about his clients, staff and the environment. Highly recommend booking a trip with them!"

"Our family of five booked a day paddle with Fluid Adventures after xmas 2015. The online communication was excellent and all aspects of our trip were well organized. Adam was just great with our kids and especially our 6year old Sean. I highly recommend Fluid Adventures! We are already thinking about our trip next year and we hope to include a multi-day trip with them. Many thanks Adam."

"Exactly what we wanted: sea kayaking, lots of snorkelling, camping on the beach - perfect! Snorkelling at the camp beach was great so we could be in the water as much as we wanted. We wanted tons of snorkelling and that's what we got!"

"Michael and his crew ensure you maximize your time on and off the water. Plenty of paddling time so we could get a sense of the Island's unique yet diverse flora and fauna. Balanced with ample time to relax too! For me food can make or break a camping trip. Adam (our trip leader) and Michael went all out making excellent use of locally sourced produce both from land and sea. There are moments in life that offer the possibility of experiencing the phenomenon referred to as 'flow' or 'being in the zone'. You know the moment that everything seems to click and time stands still. Time stands still occasionally on Coiba and I am certain it is largely in part because of the effort Fluid Adventures puts into connecting its guests to the water and land all that share these elements. If you are looking at the map and are concerned about the distance to travel from Panama City to Santa Catalina it is a cake walk by many standards. It is part of the adventure! Adam Z was our leader for our 6 day trip and folks he is knowledgeable, professional, fun, and an excellent paddler. You really could not go wrong here. A cook, yes a very good cook too! If you are lucky he may give you a tune or two. And then there is the quiz prepare for the quiz. If you are good campers he may even offer you the best camp pancakes you will ever have! Really getting the most from this trip requires a little leg work on our end too. You would not be wrong if you read about the importance of this island before arriving . Not only will it enhance your experience but also improve your performance during Adam's quiz night (usually held on the last night on the island). If you even have a fleeting moment where you are considering this as an option: do it. It is one of those trips that you will never forget. The guide tips always take the guides advice when prepping for this one (you will get a list). Adam thank you! Michael thank you! Just get there and do it!"

"Good shop right at the beach. 10 USD per hour for a kayak or paddle board. 25 USD for a half day. Adam was nice and really fair - I thought I would kayak for a half day but only did around an hour becuase the swells were too big and he refunded the difference with no complaints. I would go back in a heartbeat - just on a calmer day!."
