Eat Sleep Surf is about a passion for surfing. They believe that the first time you surf is the most important time you will ever surf. The lessons are personalized based on the level of the individual or group, no experience necessary. All individual, from complete beginners to advanced surfers are all welcome.
They will work on the basics of popping up, paddle technique, wave etiquette, and safety. Then you will enter the shallows riding the whitewater until you are comfortable venturing further out.
