This surf camp will be held in Kalpitiya, Sri Lanka. The Baywatch beach and lagoon is one of the best coastal tourism sites in the Kalpitiya region of Sri Lanka. Dreamspot Ecolodge has identified this in 1994 and proceeded to buy land to commence an eco-friendly tourist project.
The government of Sri Lanka has now identified the location as one of the best potential tourist destinations and up-market beach resort region. On one side of the peninsula is the Indian Ocean, ideal for free-ride and wave riding. On the other side is Kalpitiya Lagoon, a perfect spot for beginners and freestylers. In between is the Puttalam Lagoon, and with perfect flat water, it is great for downwind trips and kite safari, free ride, and camping on islands.
There is something for everyone, allowing you to come in groups with different levels. Dreamspot Ecolodge are the best in organized kite trips which happen many times a week.

Safety boats will be following behind to help if you have any problems and will watch out for you all day. Enjoy a 2.5 kilometer bay, at a perfect angle to the wind, creating world-class kiting conditions. Off-shore wind gives you kilometers of glassy flat water and so much space.
