This retreat is aimed at anyone who wants to do a weeklong vacation with family, wherein services like surfing, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and lots of fun workshops are available. Families with children are very welcome. Retreat Oasis Portugal also provides babysitting if needed. It's up to you which workshops you choose to join.

Schedule
The retreat will take place from Sunday (check-in at 15:00) to Sunday (checkout at 11:00) on the specific dates. Nothing will be mandatory. You can arrange your stay as you wish to.
- Arrival day: Arrival from 16:00
- Departure day: Sunday by 11:00
If you will be unable to arrive by 19:00 in the evening, please let Retreat Oasis Portugal know in advance. Please also make sure that the rooms will be free upon departure. You can of course store your suitcase safely.

- 10:00 Surf course at Praia Grande (within walking distance)
- 10:00 - 12:00 Surf course with surf instructor (theory and water, all equipment included)
- 12:30 - 17:00 Free time (for massage, beach, relaxation, etc.)
- 17:30 - 18:30 Yoga on the wooden yoga deck or breathwork workshop in nature
