Retreat Oasis Portugal is quietly located on a 3,000-square-meter property surrounded by eucalyptus and palm trees. Next to the villa and the extra house, you will also have a yoga deck, a creative studio, and a massage tent. The beautiful garden with hammocks, vegetable garden, and meditation area will invite you to relax, write, and meditate.
Retreat Oasis Portugal offers you, in addition to stylishly furnished double rooms (some ensuite) with heating or air conditioning, an inviting living room with an open fireplace, and a dining lounge with a solid wood table.

This retreat is aimed at anyone who wants to do a weeklong family vacation wherein services like coaching, surfing, yoga breathwork, meditation, e-biking, and lots of fun workshops are included. Families with children are very welcome. Retreat Oasis Portugal also provides babysitting if needed. It's up to you which workshops to choose.

Imagine that you are in Portugal with your family, and you live in a stylish villa, surrounded by picturesque landscapes. You start the day with a joint vitality breakfast where children and adults are pampered with wonderfully good Portuguese and classic breakfast delicacies, of course with breakfast eggs from the happy organic hens that live in the garden.
Afterwards, you and your partner will take part in inspiring workshops run by experienced family coaches. At the same time, the kids will learn breathing exercises and awareness of the power of their thoughts and feelings in a playful way. Or, you can spend your time together on the beach and try surfing.
In the late afternoon, you experience a new bond at the outdoor adventure workshop with stick bread at the campfire. You prepare your own dinner in the form of homemade pizzas and let your creativity run wild with the toppings (vegan and gluten-free will also be possible, of course.)

Please note that families can choose their preferred services / workshops. Surfing in the morning can also be replaced with coaching / fun workshops for children, e-biking, and lots more. Customize your own retreat. Retreat Oasis Portugal will organize it and make it happen.
The 2025 family retreats will take place from Sunday to Sunday. They will start on Sunday at 18:00 (arrival will be possible from 16:00). The retreat will end on Sunday at 11:00.

In collaboration with the renowned surf school SaltyWay, you will experience professional surfing lessons with an extra portion of fun. The surfing sessions are adapted to your level - the licensed surf coaches will accompany you optimally during your surfing sessions, regardless of whether you are a beginner or an advanced surfer.
