Daily itinerary
Day 1: Welcome and aloha in beautiful Tenerife
Little refreshment at the beach, relax after your flight and busy work life back home, and enjoy the sunny island vibes! Afterward, welcome-diner all together with your personal surf and pilates coaches meet – greet, and eat.
Day 2
First a healthy breakfast at your accommodation before starting the day with your first private surf coaching and analysis, together in your small private group. Lunch together. A little break for everyone. Later in the afternoon, you start with your first private pilates session and if you want, the activity surf skate coaching (excl. basic price package) follows afterward. For those who prefer other activities, please send us a message and you will adjust your training program accordingly. Dinner all together (if desired) or you can go alone as you wish.
Day 3
You start the day with a healthy breakfast at your accommodation. Then it’s off into the water with your private surf coach, together in your small private group. During lunch break with together, you make the surf and pilates analysis with you, to work on your surf skills and physical body condition to progress faster each day.
Break after lunch - time for you!
Later, the activity surf skate coaching (excl. basic price package). For those who prefer other activities, please send us a message and you will adjust your training program accordingly. Pilates relaxation session with a beautiful sunset to finish a nice training day. Dinner all together (if desired) or you can go alone as you wish.
Day 4
Pilates in the morning, followed by a healthy breakfast at your accommodation. Then you go on an outdoor adventure trip, let's explore together, a trip you'll never forget! :) lunch together. Little break! Later afternoon it’s off into the water with your surf coach, together in your small private group. After surfing the analysis with you. End of the day you'll go all together to a special surf training "u.Naturalmethod". Be ready – you'll move!
Day 5
Recovery day - surf break to give your body a little break, because surfing is very physically demanding and after 2-3 days you will be glad to have a little break. You offer a lot of different adventure activities, 3 of them you can choose freely and they are included in your private package (more details you'll find in the description)
Day 6:
Pilates in the morning, followed by a healthy breakfast at your accommodation. Then it’s off into the water with your private surf coach, together in your small private group. After surfing the analysis with you. Lunch together. Little break! Later afternoon surf skate coaching (excl. basic price package). For those who prefer other activities, please send us a message and you will adjust your training program accordingly.
Day 7
Your last pilates session is in the morning, followed by a healthy breakfast at your accommodation. Then it’s off into the water for your last private surf coaching, together in your small private group. During lunch break with altogether, you make a last surf analysis with you, to keep working on your surf skills for future surf trips. Break after lunch - time for you!
Later, a last surf skate coaching (excl. basic price package). For those who prefer other activities, please send us a message and you will adjust your training program accordingly. Last night - during the ''goodbye dinner'' with all together you do a last analysis for your pilates training program to keep going home with your training workouts (if you wish)
Day 8
Depending on your departure time, healthy breakfast at your accommodation and goodbye – aloha and mahalo, and they hope you enjoyed your special private surf training retreat very much and they will see you all again soon, it would be their great pleasure!
