In surf camps for adults, you will stay near some of the most important beaches in Cantabria, such as Los Locos and La Concha. Surfing is the main engine of the camps. Bio Surf Camp will teach you surf courses from early morning until late afternoon. The small groups for the classes are created depending on surf levels and sea conditions. You will travel between the facilities and the beach by van. The duration of the classes is two and a half hours since you will leave until the return to your facilities.

Also, you will have the material to surf on your own throughout the day, if you have chosen the surf camp option and, in this way, you can continue enjoying what you have learned in the daily courses with the instructors.

The surf camps for adults are intended for men and women of all ages. Any person over 18 can come to enjoy a surf camp for adults totally unique, different and with the best summer atmosphere in Suances. In addition, minors can also participate in surf camps. This surf camp will take place in Suances, Cantabria. Suances has some of the best surfing beaches in northern Spain, among which the Los Locos beach stands out due to the high quality of the waves and its peculiar northwest orientation.

They also project the pictures of the courses that have been taught during the week. These services come free of charge with the surf camp. They will offer a 33% discount for clients who have opted for surf or accommodation.

Stretching and physical conditioning classes

Bio Surf Camp offers functional stretching and relaxation classes, after a long surfing session your body will relax and recover the energy spent in the sea. They also provide physical conditioning classes to improve your athleticism and to improve your performance on the board. These classes last 50 minutes and cost 12 EUR.

Leisure and mountain bikes

Bio Surf Camp have bikes as well as accessories and explanatory maps to choose the self-guided route you are more interested like in the beaches-cliffs route, green lane river, and mountain, cultural route Santillana and mountain. All these routes start and finish in Bio Surf Camp.

The rental for a half day is 12 EUR.

Surf theory

The best compliment to a surf course is the surf theory class during which you can get an answer to your queries concerning this sport and get ample and detailed explanations to further your knowledge. Yoga and massage workshops
