The right program
The instructional program starts with kiting on land; you’ll experience flying a kite while being introduced to inflatable kites and how the bar and safety systems work as well as keys concepts, such as the wind window, powerzone, and all the safety elements.
Then, you’ll be ready to enter the water and experience flying the kite in different areas of the powerzone and wind window. You’ll learn body dragging, techniques that you will use with your board, water relaunching the kite, and self-rescue.
The final stage is when you get in the water and go up on the board. Balancing the power from the kite against your body weight and the position of the board is what you’ll work on so that you move forward and finally kiteboard.
You’ll be coached and accompanied by an instructor who will be close by during the entire session. Dakhla Kitesurf World's instructors are professional and certified, they will help you get the most out of your kiting lessons.
Location
Dakhla Kitesurf World overlooks the lagoon and is situated 250 meters from the water. Dakhla offers the greatest kiting conditions with 15 to 25 knots all year round and 30 kilometers of flat Water. With 14 hours of group lessons included in this package, you'll be able to get up on board and slide and it wouldn't be easy to get you out of the water. Last but not least, experiencing the local culture while kiting and relaxing is an essential ingredient in this journey. You'll get to discover new tastes and exotic flavors, enjoy Moroccan and local specialties and just relax while sipping local tea inside Berber tents.

Sightseeing
Dakhla’s landscapes are absolutely stunning and the only proper way to explore them is to get you in a 4 x 4. Dakhla Kitesurf World offers half day and full day personalized tours based on your preferences.
Sailing
Another way to explore Dakhla’s lagoon is to go sailing. Choose to be active by taking the helm and raising the sails or relax in the cockpit, front deck, or trampoline. Depending on the wind, tides, and where the groups want to go, you can visit the island (anchor nearby, explore the island and swim) or visit a dune, or spend your time sailing and looking for dolphins, flamingos, and other local wildlife.
