Kokua Surfarm consists of a traditional Portuguese farmhouse (“quinta”) with a 7000 square meters garden, including a backyard with sundeck, hot tub and a small swimming pool; an organic vegetable garden and a warehouse with indoor skateboard half-pipe and skateboard lab. It’s also home to 2 dogs, 5 cats, 2 geese, a few chickens, and sometimes a horse.
