From beginning to advanced yogis and surfers, Casamar Suites accommodates your level. The beach at La Punta is a minute away and Puerto Escondido has different beaches for different levels depending on the waves. They partner with the most professional surf school in Pto Escondido for your surf lessons. Your on-site yoga instructor will lead you through your daily class to work on complementary muscle groups for your surfing activity.

Instructors
Ozlem Dogan
Ozlem’s journey into yoga began in 2010 with her first class in London. After several years of regular practice, she became a qualified yoga teacher in 2014 with 500 hours of RYT in Hot Yoga, Hatha and Ashtanga. Her main objective as a teacher is to help people through the healing methods of yoga. Ozlem, is super supportive and friendly, always maintaining inclusivity in her classes and ensuring that each of her students are well looked after and that classes are modified accordingly. Her practice and teaching have slowed and softened including Yin and breathwork.

The holiday will take place in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico. It is located in the La Punta neighborhood, two blocks from the beach, and close to many shops and restaurants.
