This program is for anyone wanting to pause, review, and reflect on life. Daily workshops delivered by registered psychologist Michelle Wharton will give you professional life guidance. Use the workshops to set goals, get in touch with your values, achieve personal growth, create positive change, and increase life satisfaction. In addition, Yoga and sports will help you to clear your mind and release tension. Discovering Portuguese culture and having real time out is the cherry on top!
Our setting is a spacious and well-equipped private house with pool, garden, and multiple spaces to relax and unwind. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views over Baleal and Peniche. Located in a very quiet area, just a 3-min walk to the beach. Single & Double rooms available with balcony and sea views / Dorms for 4-6 people.
The program starts Saturday evening June 16th & ends Friday evening June 22nd. Wednesday will be your day off. But this doesn't mean we won't take care of you. A detailed week program will be sent to you after registration.

Quite simply, you are what you eat. We try our best to fulfill everyone's desire for delicious and wholesome food. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and other dietary requirements. We buy organic products from local farmers and provide a healthy choice of macro and micronutrients. Our chef Arianna prepares the meals in harmony with our nutritionist.

By Bus > Lisbon - Peniche > Departing from Sete Rios and Campo Grande > costs 8 - 10 EUR + luggage. Take a taxi outside the airport. You will reach both stations within 10minutes that costs 10 - 15 EUR.
By car > Lisbon - Peniche > 1 hour 15 minutes drive using the A8 motorway (highway) for most of the distance. This is a toll road, so visitors need to ensure they have cash to pay the tolls. The A8 is very busy at rush hour times and on holiday weekends.
