All coaches will be there to help you choose the correct board that fits your body type, surfing style, and help you work towards your surfing goals. They will also help you to transition from riding the white wash to an open face wave. Going surfing with experienced surfers allows you to ask questions in the lineup and see examples of identifying and catching incoming waves.
Beginners will learn to find your correct forward foot, the science of balance, basics of standing up, introduction to wave theory, water safety, and the warm up. Those who are ready for the next level will learn to make speed on green waves, enter a new line up, read the waves, surf etiquette, and the duck dive.
Duck diving properly is critical to your surfing experience. There are a few tricks and tips that will make it much easier. Your coaches will also assist you in learning basic maneuvers such as the cutback, snap, and floater. At Beach Break Surf Camp, they keep a three to one ratio of students to instructors. A two to four-hour guided horseback tour through the valleys and river banks of the Caas wildlife reserve.
A short boat ride from Pedasi to the white sand beaches of Isla Iguana. You can add paddle boarding and/or snorkeling experience to your day trip package.
A guided paddle board/kayak tour through the mangroves of the Caas wildlife reserve. It will take up from two to three hours, in groups of up to 6 people.

Traveling by car is the preferred method to come to Playa Venao. The trip will take around four to five hours if you watch your speed. There are multiple speed traps along the way, so be sure to watch the speed limit signs as they change frequently. The entire highway is paved and well maintained and has cell phone reception.
Waze application has accurate driving instructions to get here. There are also multiple other surf breaks that are accessible with a 4x4 car. If you rent a car, it is recommended something that you will be able to explore with.
