Cant make up your mind whether you want to be in the mountains or the sea? Why not do both? Spend the first half of your journey up in Ubud, transforming your body and mind through yoga and the other half surfing or snorkeling, with some yoga on the side! For your first few days, start your personal journey in Ubud. Whether youve never surfed before or are an experienced surfer, we have surf guides who can teach/guide you out on Kuta or Legian Beach. While you are in Ubud, you will have the option to add in a detox, with or without colonic hydrotherapy through our partner, Ubud Sari Health Resort. You can start your trip over a weekend or mid-week; this retreat can take place any day of the year (with the exception of some local holidays).

For your first five nights, start your personal journey in Ubud. After youve arrived and settled comfortably at your hotel the first night, start your morning taking an amazing yoga class with one of our internationally known teachers followed by an organic brunch at the famous Kafe. You have the rest of the day to hang by the pool, spend at the spa, walk around town, or perhaps take an art class or one of our many tours. Theres so much to do in Ubud and yet sometimes the best way to spend time in Ubud is just to relax and hang out and let the rhythm of Bali guide you.
In the five days you are in Ubud, you can take up to five yoga classes and two yoga privates. You choose when you want to take these classes! You also have five delicious brunches or dinners that you can eat at Kafe. You will also spend one of your afternoons at Spa Hati with their five hour surrender spa package. Spend one morning or afternoon exploring the rice paddies with our Keep Walking Tours!
On your fifth day, after youve practiced your morning yoga group class or private and had brunch at the Kafe, when youre ready, head down south to begin your 4 night surf adventure. Whether youve never surfed before or are an experienced surfer, we have surf guides who can teach you how to surf out on Kuta or Legian Beach, help you refine your surfing skills on some of the reef breaks, or take you out to some of the best surf spots! Depending on the tide, you will spend either each morning or each afternoon surfing. Of course, for anyone who wants to surf all day, we have that option for you as well. If youre not surfing, you can hang at the beach or do some shopping around Seminyak.
The Yoga Barn is located about 10 minutes walk south from Kafe in the area of Ubud called Pengosekan. When you see a restaurant called Siam Sally, walk down a small path into the rice fields beside the restaurant, and then you see a spa called Zen and a homestay called Ubud Aura.
