After crossing the Alas Straight, you will arrive in Sumbawa to surf some of the island's best breaks. Over two days, you will surf Yo-yos, Scar Reef, and Supersuck where you can be guaranteed some of the most epic waves of your trip.

During this surf camp, you will be taken to some of the best breaks in Nusa Lembongan, Lombok, and Sumbawa. Some of them are Yo-yos, Scar Reef, Desert Point, Supersuck, Shipwrecks, Lacerations, and Playgrounds.
Yo-yos is Sumbawa’s best bet when everything else is small. It offers two different right handers, one in the middle of the beach and the other on the west side of the bay. A swell of 3-8 feet will deliver nice rides and the occasional barrel. It is best surfed at mid-tide as low tide can uncover some nasty obstacles.
Scar Reef is a hollow barreling left-hander that is most suitable for experienced surfers. It is best surfed at mid-tide. When the conditions are right, you can expect 50-100 meter rides that give plenty of opportunity to get in the barrel. However, Scar Reef picks up plenty of swell regardless of swell direction. It is particularly good on a big south swell.
Desert Point is one of the best waves in Lombok and one of the longest waves in the world. This long hollow barreling left hander is suitable for intermediate to expert surfers and is at its best at mid tide.
Supersuck is the most famous and sought after wave in Sumbawa. It is awesome when it does its think and offers a long hollow barreling left hander for surfers willing to take the charge. Supersuck can be a little fickle and when conditions aren’t just right you are best to head elsewhere.
Shipwrecks is a long fast right-hander with a challenging line-up. The break throws up some great waves when the conditions are right (mid to high tide) and is a magnet for swell. The shallow reef and the small take off zone mean that this wave is best tackled by intermediate to experienced surfers.
Lacerations is perhaps Nusa Lembongan’s best known break. Although at times a little inconsistent, this right hand reef break throws up some nice thick barrels when conditions are right. Lacerations is aptly named after the reef shallow reef that lurks below and is best tackled by intermediate to experienced surfers.
Playgrounds is a soft break at the far south end of the island next to a headland cliff. A long and fun left is complemented by a hollow right off the other side. The Playgrounds left peels in a style reminiscent of Kuta Reef. The down-reef right peak meanwhile is shifty but will now and then dispense some awesome barrels.
This surf camp will take you to some of the best breaks in Nusa Lambongan, Lombok, Sumbawa, and Bali.
During this surf camp, you will be served daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There will also be unlimited supply of soft drink and water. Three bottles of beer will be given daily and you are welcome to bring more alcohol.
