Bali Fit's surf and yoga retreat program offers a holistic approach to health and wellness that will transform your mind, body, and spirit. In this retreat, you will have access to a full complement of world-class nutritionists, physio and massage therapists, and mind-body specialists to dial in every aspect of your well-being. Each day, you will break a sweat in a training session, stretch it out in a yoga class, and refuel in the on-site café, where you can load up on fresh, healthy, locally grown fare.
Two types of accommodations are available with all the comforts and conveniences of home. Bali Fit offers both private and shared apartment units and hotel rooms, just 500 meters from the beach. The shared accommodation is for two people, perfect for couples or friends traveling and training together. The apartment units are equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, air-conditioning, and a small fridge. The hotel rooms feature an industrial chic design and have a flat-screen TV, air-conditioning, mini bar, electric kettle, and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi throughout.
Find balance on your board and on the mat, with yoga classes that target your surfing muscles and private surf lessons that will improve your technique. This retreat will include six surfing lessons and up to three yoga classes a day. Aside from that, you can enjoy unlimited training sessions with professional trainers and two relaxing massages to ease your sore muscles after an action-packed day. One nutrition consultation will also be provided.
Clare is a certified personal trainer, spin instructor, and Training for Warriors certified level 1 coach. She has taught for several leading fitness facilities around the world. Pushing limits, building confidence, and having fun along the way is her approach to helping others realize their potential. Clare’s mission is to inspire people and help them achieve things they did not think were possible.
As a professional dancer, Lucy originally used yoga as a way to stay strong and flexible but soon realized that yoga was making great improvements to her surfing strength and technique as well. She now specializes in teaching yoga for surfers and has taught (and surfed) in the UK, France, India, Sri Lanka, and Dubai before relocating to Bali. She offers a number of online yoga classes focused on surfing and runs Yoga for City Surfers (currently in London, Bristol, and Stockholm), a program designed for land-locked surfers who want to stay fit and nimble while they are away from the sea.
Rachel is a yoga teacher, coach, and avid surfer. For the past five years, she has taught yoga, practiced bodywork, and run health and wellness retreats around the world. Her passions lie in guiding people toward a more holistically balanced life through food, lifestyle choices, movement, and meditation. Fusing her experience and knowledge of various styles of yoga and meditation, Rachel’s classes dive into topics such as mindfulness, combating stress, and restoring balance in the mind and body.
Bali Fit will host this retreat in its own facilities, located in Canggu. Canggu is a seaside village on the south coast of Bali, Indonesia. It has different black-sand beaches along its coastline, and it presents excellent surfing conditions that make it a popular spot for surfers around the world.
Healthy meals will be provided three times a day. You can further indulge your taste buds in Bali Fit Café. Bali Fit Café serves up fresh, healthy, locally grown food that will fuel your workouts, your surf, and your days exploring the island. It offers delicious and nutritious dishes, delivering sustainable, feel-good energy with every bite. You can check out the menu for yourself, where you will be sure to find something you like.
Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Transfer from and to the airport is included. Bali Fit will pick you up from the airport.
