Welcome to an amazing location for a yoga and kitesurf retreat! Take your time to wake up & get drawn to the kitchen by the smell of freshly made Italian coffee. Your breakfast is ready. Expect lots of fresh and healthy food: fruit salad, mixed fruit/vegetable juice and protein-rich food to get through an intensive day. When we're done we'll head into nature for yoga and hike. We'll explore the island little by little and do (kite)surfing when the elements allow it. If not, we go and explore charming little towns, do some more yoga, enjoy tasty Italian food and the many stunning views Sardinia has to offer. We'll have lunch wherever we find ourselves at that moment and dinner will be prepared by your host when you're contemplating on your amazing day.

Accommodation

We're in a spacious house with three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms in a small, hospitable town in the south of Sardinia with approximately 2000 inhabitants. We find ourselves in the middle of nature, surrounded by mountains and close to vineyards. We're about 40 minutes away from the beach.

Program

An example of a daily schedule, which will not be strictly applied:

AM

  • 8:00 - 9:00: breakfast is served
  • 9:00 - 10:00: we get ready to go out for our first yoga session of the day
  • 10:30: we're at our yoga retreat in nature, ready for 1 to maximum 2h of yoga.
  • 12:00 AM: heading back home to shower, have lunch and take a small break/siësta/reading time/Reiki session.
  • 12:30 - 14h/14:30h:

Evaluating our options:

  • Sun's out: we're heading to an abandoned beach and do beach yoga in the afternoon
  • Moderate wind: we're going kitesurfing or sailing (instructors are available to teach classes)

Other non-sportive possibilities:

  • Some off time to explore the capital Cagliari with a guide;
  • Exploration of the island to one of many of the most breath-taking surroundings Sardinia has to offer
  • 19-20h: time to relax and gett ready for dinner
  • 21h (at the latest): dinner is served
  • 22h-23h: relaxation exercises, stretching, a drink by candle light and going to bed

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 21 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 14 days before arrival.
