Yoga Alliance RYT 300 (Hatha Yoga)
Ruth loves to teach fun Power-Flow classes with music, as well as gentle Hatha Flow and Restorative yoga. With a strong passion for health, fitness, and body and mind rewarding physical activities, she has been practicing yoga for over 12 years. Ruth became a registered teacher in 2013 and continues her studies in yoga therapy. Her focus is to meet each individual at the mat and be a guide to encourage them to their heightened strength of healing, vitality, and balance, via body, mind, and breath awareness. Ruth has additional training in yoga Nidra and yoga psychology.
