The African Spirit chef, Sanaa, will teach you how to make the traditional dishes that are central to Moroccan cuisine: harira, tagines, couscous and bstila, a myriad of salads, breads, and desserts. Plus you will learn about the spices and key ingredients necessary to make authentic Moroccan cuisine. Lessons are approximately 4 hours each day starting every morning with a grocery trip to the local market, where you will buy all of your fresh ingredients. Your cookery lessons will then take place at the beach villa, with Sanaa, Touraya or Sabah. Between time you will have the opportunity to surf.
